By accepting these Terms of Use, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the applications solely for personal and non-commercial purposes. You have the right to install and use the "Notify" applications on compatible mobile devices that you own or control.
The "Notify" applications, including all their content, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The user agrees to respect all copyright and other intellectual property rights related to the applications.
The user agrees not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit the "Notify" applications or any part of them without the explicit consent of Onezerobit. It is prohibited to use the "Notify" applications for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
The "Notify" applications are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Onezerobit srl does not guarantee that the applications will be error-free or meet the user's needs.
In no event shall Onezerobit srl be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the "Notify" applications, even if Onezerobit srl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Onezerobit srl reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. The user is responsible for periodically checking these changes. Continued use of the applications will constitute acceptance of the changes made.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Italian State where Onezerobit is based, without regard to conflicts of laws.
