Please check the following settings to ensure you can receive Komoot notifications on your band correctly
Important! By default, Komoot notifications are not enabled and visible on your phone.
You have to change the settings on Komoot to get direction notifications visible on phone and allow Notify app show them also on your band.
1) To enable Komoot notificatons on your phone please open the Navigation settings and enable the Notifications mode.
2) Check on your phone you can see Komoot notifications correctly.
3) If you cannot receive any notification, please turn off Notify custom filters like: ignore notifications when screen is on, Android Auto connected, ...
